500g plain flour
1 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
450g butter flavoured margarine
200g caster sugar
220g dark brown soft sugar
340g white chocolate chips
340g dried blueberries
340g dried cranberries

Preheat oven to 180 C / Gas 4. Combine the flour, bicarbonate of soda, baking powder and salt in a bowl.
Beat the margarine, caster sugar and dark brown soft sugar with an electric mixer in a large bowl until smooth. Beat in one egg until completely incorporated. Beat in the last egg. Mix in the flour mixture until just incorporated. Fold in the white chocolate chips, blueberries and cranberries; mixing just enough to evenly combine. Roll the dough into walnut-sized balls and place 5cm apart onto ungreased baking trays. Flatten each ball to about 1.25cm thick.
Bake in the preheated oven until golden brown, 10 to 12 minutes. Cool on the trays for 10 minutes before removing to cool completely on a wire rack.
