    About this recipe: Just five ingredients make this wonderful vegetarian pasta salad. Pasta is tossed with mixed vegetables, Cheddar cheese and olives in an Italian dressing. Feel free to use your favourite salad dressing.

    Serves: 6 

    • 225g fusilli pasta
    • 410g frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
    • 55g diced Cheddar cheese
    • 45g pitted black olives
    • 250ml Italian salad dressing

    1. Cook pasta according to package directions. Rinse with cold water until completely cool, then drain.
    2. In large bowl, combine pasta, vegetables, cheese and olives. Toss well with dressing. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
