This is a filling and nutritious vegan meal when served with brown rice.
Delicious! This meal as become a firm favourite in our house. We go easy on the cayenne pepper as our 6 yo prefers less heat, but she loves this dish! The brown rice really does make it something special, would definitely recommend NOT to swap that ingredient. - 07 Jul 2016

I really enjoyed this recipe. I used one large bell pepper instead of two and it was plenty. I served it over brown rice, which worked beautifully.
