Easy peasy pancakes

    Three ingredients, three steps to make these pancakes! No butter or margarine here, just eggs, flour and milk are all you need and you'll have light pancake delights within minutes.

    Serves: 12 

    • 3 eggs
    • 250ml milk
    • 125g plain flour

    Prep:5min  ›  Cook:10min  ›  Ready in:15min 

    1. Beat eggs and milk together in large bowl, then beat in flour until batter is smooth.
    2. Lightly coat a 20cm frying pan or crepe pan on medium-high heat with cooking spray.
    3. Make one pancake at a time by dropping a large spoonful of batter onto pan and tilting to cover the whole surface of the pan evenly. Cook until golden, turning once, about 2 minutes per pancake.
