    About this recipe: Delicious and crusty, savoury white bread that's flavoured with garlic and rosemary. One loaf doesn't last a whole day in my house!

    Serves: 10 

    • 7g dried active yeast
    • 275g bread flour
    • 1 teaspoon salt
    • 1 teaspoon caster sugar
    • 1 teaspoon butter, softened
    • 255ml warm water
    • 1 tablespoon dried rosemary, crushed
    • 2 teaspoons minced garlic

    1. Place ingredients in the pan of the bread machine in the order recommended by the manufacturer. Select the cycle; press Start.
