    About this recipe: A light, refreshing fruity cocktail with ginger ale. This amount will serve 6 - 8 people. Serve over ice!

    Ingredients
    Serves: 8 

    • 475ml pineapple juice
    • 475ml fresh orange juice
    • 475ml rum
    • 170ml ginger ale, or more to taste
    • 120ml grenadine syrup

    Method

    1. Pour the pineapple juice, orange juice, rum, ginger ale and grenadine together in a glass jug; stir gently. Pout into glasses with plenty of ice.
