    About this recipe: Spread cream cheese on your favourite crackers and top with this chunky relish for a tasty party nibble.

    Serves: 24 

    • 2 fresh red peppers, chopped
    • 1 red onion, peeled and chopped
    • 250ml (8 fl oz) white wine vinegar
    • 200g (7 oz) caster sugar
    • 1 tablespoon dried crushed chillies

    1. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, mix together red peppers, onion, white wine vinegar, sugar and crushed chillies. Bring to the boil, then reduce heat to simmer. Stirring occasionally, cook 30 minutes, or until thickened. Refrigerate at least 4 hours before serving.
