445g seedless watermelon
1 large peach, pitted and cut into small cubes
1 large nectarine, pitted and cut into small cubes
1 plum, pitted and cut into small cubes
145g fresh blueberries
80g seedless grapes, halved
35g desiccated coconut
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
whipped cream (optional)

Gently toss the fruit together in a large bowl. Sprinkle the coconut and cinnamon over and lightly stir to mix. Cover the bowl and chill in fridge at least 1 hour before serving. Top with whipped cream, if desired.
