Serves 4 and makes a delicious Friday night dinner! You can add red peppers, broccoli or other vegetables to bulk this up. For more heat, add freshly sliced red chilli peppers. Serve over hot steamed rice.

Tried this recipe on Saturday, enjoyed it so much passed it on to friends to try the on Sunday. Made the sauce a few hours ahead so the flavours could blend with each other. Didn't have spring onion so use a white onion. Also used cheats chopped garlic. As my husband doesn't eat prawns I split the sauce and served his meal with chicken. It worked just as well.
