Serves 4 and makes a delicious Friday night dinner! You can add red peppers, broccoli or other vegetables to bulk this up. For more heat, add freshly sliced red chilli peppers. Serve over hot steamed rice.

this was so nice, I added an extra chilli for the kick, vegetables and cauliflower and added some lime while cooking and it turned out beautifully it's so easy to cook and so healthy too. I added sweet potatoes and a wholegrain naan bread to eat with it - 09 Sep 2017
