Any white fish such as cod or haddock works well with this Indian marinade. Best if you can marinade it for at least 4 hours, then pop it under your grill and it's done.
Lovely recipe but doesn't needs as much cayenne as stated the fish is so delicate that the quantity blocks the flavour of the fish. Will try it again - 13 Oct 2011
