    About this recipe: A quick, creamy fish pate or spread that's made with anchovies, cream cheese and feta cheese. I like to spice it up a little with hot sauce but that's up to you.

    Serves: 16 

    • 2 cloves garlic, minced
    • 4 anchovy fillets, chopped
    • 6 tablespoons butter, softened
    • 225g cream cheese, softened
    • 80g crumbled feta cheese
    • 4 tablespoons soured cream
    • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives
    • 1 dash hot pepper sauce (e.g. Tabasco, or to taste
    • 1 pinch freshly ground black pepper to taste

    1. Combine the garlic, anchovies, butter, cream cheese, feta cheese, soured cream, chives, hot pepper sauce and pepper in a food processor. Process until smooth.
    2. Spoon into a serving bowl and chill before serving.
