    About this recipe: Tuna and chickpeas make this salad quite substanial for a midweek lunch or summer picnic.

    Serves: 4 

    • 1 tin tuna in olive oil, undrained
    • 1 (400g) tin chickpeas, drained
    • 60g black olives, chopped
    • 1 or 2 tablespoons freshly chopped parsley
    • 1/2 red onion, chopped
    • 1 lemon, juiced
    • 60g feta cheese, or more to taste
    • 1 pinch salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

    1. Stir the tuna, chickpeas, olives, parsley, red onion, lemon juice and feta cheese together in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
