Chicken thighs cooked in the slow cooker with a sweet honey, ginger, soy and pineapple sauce.
Altered ingredient amounts. I used chicken breasts pieces and reduced amount of soy and added half teaspoon of chilli powder and chinese five spice (as recommended) and added chilli noodles and beansprouts when I put the pineapple in half hour before end time. Absolutely delicious! - 09 Mar 2010

Very nice! Simple to make and tastes as good as it smells! I did wonder about the amount of Soy Sauce (I decided to use the low sodium stuff) and the volume of Honey, so maybe next time I will try reducing those amounts and making it up with a little water. - 02 Dec 2009
