This pasta bake is a must for all cheese lovers. Macaroni is baked in a super-cheesy sauce with tomatoes. It's the perfect winter comfort food.

Ingredients
Makes: 6 - 8 servings
450g macaroni pasta
2 (350g) tubs ready-made cheese sauce
1 teaspoon paprika
1 pinch mustard powder
300g extra mature Cheddar cheese, grated and divided
1 (400g) tin chopped tomatoes
4 tablespoons dry breadcrumbs

Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to the boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain and reserve.
In a large saucepan over low heat, warm cheese sauce; stir. Add 1/4 of cheese, paprika and mustard powder. Remove mixture from heat when cheese is melted.
Preheat oven to 200 C / Gas 6.
Add macaroni and tomatoes to sauce; stir and pour into a 20x30cm baking dish. Scatter over with breadcrumbs and remaining cheese.
Bake in preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes or until the cheese is a golden brown; serve.
