Seafood Pasta Bake

    A deliciously rich dish that's perfect for entertaining or any day of the week. Pasta, prawns and crab are baked in a creamy lobster sauce, topped with Cheddar and fried onions. Enjoy with a side salad and crusty bread.

    Serves: 4 

    • 225g fresh crab meat
    • 225g small prawns, shelled and deveined
    • 1 (415g) tin lobster bisque soup
    • 125ml double cream
    • 225g uncooked pasta
    • 225g mature Cheddar cheese, grated
    • 1/2 (390g) tin fried onions

    1. Preheat oven to 180 C / Gas 4.
    2. In a large bowl, combine the soup and cream. Stir until smooth. Add the crab meat, prawns and pasta
    3. Spoon into an ungreased baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese, cover with foil and bake in preheated oven for 35 minutes.
    4. Remove foil and scatter over fried onions. Return to the oven for 10 minutes.
