A delicious snack toastie with guacamole (Mexican avocado dip) and melted cheese. Try it with my Chunky guacamole dip!

Ingredients
Serves: 1
- 2 slices white bread
- 4 tablespoons guacamole
- 2 small handfuls grated cheese

Toast your bread under a grill on one side and then very lightly on the other side.- Spread 2 tablespoons dip per slice of toast, trying to spread to the edges where possible. Top with grated cheese.
- Grill until cheese has melted and serve.
