About this recipe:
A versatile Japanese sauce, which can be used as a salad dressing or a dipping sauce. There's a lot of flavour in only four ingredients!
Makes: 8 tbs
3 tablespoons vinegar (rice vinegar is ideal)
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon caster sugar
1 lime, juiced
- Mix all the ingredients and stir to dissolve the sugar.
Cider vinegar makes a good substitute.
