Put the flour in a big bowl along with salt, sugar, yeast and zest. Mix together.
Pour the lemon and orange juices into the bowl, then add the water.
Mix together then eventually it will get really hard to stir and will be turning into dough. When this happens take the doiugh onto a flat surface and start to punch and flip the dough so that all the air gets out.
Place the dough in to a 2lb loaf tin and cover it with tin foil for 1 hour while it rises.
Preheat oven to 150 C / Gas 2.
Once it has risen, place in the preheated oven and turn the temperature up to 200 C / Gas 6 and let it cook for around 2 hours. Check frequently.
When the bread is cooked take out and lat it cool for 5 minutes then you can tuck in and enjoy your lovely flavoured bread either toasted or not.
