This went down an absolute treat with a gang of hungry hikers! Rich and delicious - even my two year old liked it. (I used a handful of dried red chili flakes rather than two fresh chilies, due to toddler- and mum-in-law palette!) Served it with soft rolls, corn on the cob and peach cobbler... Am planning to make it again for a staff BBQ over the Aug bank holiday. :-)  -  19 Aug 2013

Only thing I added was some kidney beans a little time before end of cooking - absolutely delicious!  -  20 Apr 2013
