Sweet and sour meatballs

    1 hour

These sweet and sour meatballs are so unbelievably easy to make. The sauce comes together in no time. You could add some roughly chopped red or green pepper to the sauce, along with spring onions and water chestnuts, to round out the recipe. Serve over steamed rice.

Easy to make and very tasty! Next time I'm only going to use half an onion as I felt an entire one was too much.  -  21 Feb 2016
