This is a very basic roasted chicken recipe, but, the lemon pepper did give it great flavor. I added some softened butter under the skin of the chicken breasts and on top of the skin before sprinkling on the lemon pepper and a little salt. My chicken did take about 1-1/2 hrs. to cook at this temperature because it was a larger chicken. - 03 Feb 2015
