When visiting Belfast a few years ago I tried this and have been making it ever since. It's easy to make with instant coffee.

Ingredients
Makes: 1 Mug
- 1 teaspoon instant coffee
- 1 shot Baileys® Irish Cream liqueur
- hot water

Ready in:7min
- Add the coffee and the liqueur to a mug. Boil water.
- Pour the hot water into the mug. You can add sugar and cream if you like. Simple.

It's best to try as you go with this, personally i dont like sweet coffee so i dont add sugar. If you want to try cream or chocolate with it go ahead. It's all about personal taste. - 01 Feb 2011
