These are a delicious, healthy alternative to regular chips. Sweet potatoes have more fibre than regular potatoes, too.
Something else. I bake the first 20 min. on 200, last 15-20 min. on 220. I've dipped these in garlic aioli or just eaten plain. Tip - put a greased sheet of foil on your baking tray - no sticking and no mess. - 07 Aug 2008
