    About this recipe: This is a rich dessert but so good!! Use ready made crepes - fill with slices of banana, then drizzle with chocolate and serve with sweetened vanilla whipped cream. Heaven!

    Serves: 4 

    • 100ml single cream
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    • 1 teaspoon caster sugar
    • 50g dark chocolate
    • 1/2 banana, sliced
    • Ready made crepes, warmed

    1. Whip the cream in a bowl until stiff. Add the vanilla extract and sugar; stir well and set aside.
    2. Transfer the chocolate into a bowl and microwave for 30 seconds until melted, stir.
    3. Arrange the banana slices on a warm ready-made crepe. Pour the melted chocolate over the crepe then add the whipped cream. Serve immediately.
