- 1 tablespoon blueberry jam
- 250g fresh or frozen blueberries
- Icing sugar
- Whipped cream
- 1 crepe or thin pancake, warmed

- Warm crepe in microwave for 10 - 15 seconds. Spread a tablespoon of blueberry jam, then roll it up and set it on a plate.
- Sprinkle over fresh blueberrie, a dusting of icing sugar and a dollop of whipped cream. Serve immediately
