About this recipe:After eating this, I realised I actually like Brussels sprouts more than I thought I did. Maybe the bacon helped! Halve each sprout and remove the core which is bitter, they taste much better if you do this.
250g Brussels sprouts, halved iwth core removed
100g bacon, diced

Cook the bacon in a frying pan over low heat for 3 minutes.
Add the Brussels sprouts to a large sauce pan and cover with water, add a pinch of salt. Bring to the boil and cook for 5 minutes.
Drain and add to the frying pan with the bacon. Toss well and serve immediately.
