Amazingly Easy Chocolate Pots

    I love making this and then seeing the kids with chocolate all over their faces.

    Serves: 6 

    • 100g cocoa powder
    • 50g cornflour
    • 125g caster sugar
    • 2 tablespoons creme fraiche or cream
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    • 1 litre milk

    1. Add the cocoa, cornflour and sugar to a saucepan. Gently stir in the cream, vanilla and milk. Cook over low heat stirring constantly until thick.
    2. Remove from heat and pour into individual bowls (or tea cups or ramekins).
    3. Refrigerate before serving with sponge fingers or madeleines.
