Yogurt dip with herbs

    This is a creamy dip but without the calories since it's made from plain yogurt. Adapt it according to your own taste. Serve with raw vegetables: carrot sticks, radishes, cherry tomatoes, cucumber sticks, cauliflower, celery, peppers...whatever you like!

    Serves: 8 

    • 1 clove garlic
    • 3 sprigs parsley
    • 200g natural yoghurt
    • A few chives
    • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
    • 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
    • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
    • salt and pepper to taste

    1. Chop the garlic and parsley together until very fine. Mix into the yoghurt and add the chives, mustard, vinegar and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper and mix well.
    2. Cover the bowl and chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
