Easy tomato paprika chicken

    I love this recipe which is very easy to make midweek. The proportions are not set in stone, I usually just add whatever amount of chicken or red peppers that I have.

    Serves: 6 

    • 2 tablespoons olive oil
    • 4 chicken breasts, sliced
    • 1 or 2 onions, sliced
    • 2 or 3 red peppers, sliced
    • 200ml white wine
    • 1 tin crushed tomatoes
    • 1 pinch paprika

    1. Heat oil and cook chicken pieces over medium heat until brown all over. Remove and set aside.
    2. Add the onions and red peppers. Cook in the pot until softened. Add the white wine. Put the chicken back into the pot then add the tomatoes. Sprinkle with paprika and simmer for 20 minutes.
