I like the fact that it has alot of carrot taste, and it's good. The onion aroma is great and I will use that in other recipees with onion. On the second try I added some of my own touches and was very pleased. Try real chicken stock instead of stock cube, add like 1,5 tablespoon of store bought or whatever you think of homemade. Put pieces of lightly fried bacon in it before serving, even a little bit of the fat. And for taste sprinkle some salt on top before serving, rock salt was great. If you put salt in during the cooking process you loose alot of the salt taste and you will use more, therefore loosing more of the other tastes, and it's less healthy. try - 09 Feb 2016
