Egg and Gorgonzola Crepe
- 1 ready made crêpe, warmed
- 1 egg
- 15g Gorgonzola cheese, crumbled
Prep:1min › Cook:5min › Ready in:6min
- Separate the egg white and egg yolk.
- Spread the egg white on the hot crêpe. Crumble the Gorgonzola on top of the egg white. Pour the egg yolk into the centre of the crepe.
- Pop it under the grill to melt the cheese and cook the egg! Voila!
