About this recipe:
A quick and tasty supper for one - if you use ready made crêpes!
1 ready made crêpe, warmed
15g Gorgonzola cheese, crumbled
- Separate the egg white and egg yolk.
- Spread the egg white on the hot crêpe. Crumble the Gorgonzola on top of the egg white. Pour the egg yolk into the centre of the crepe.
- Pop it under the grill to melt the cheese and cook the egg! Voila!
