    An exotic and easy smoothie recipe. I also make this recipe with soy milk from time to time.

    Serves: 4 

    • 100g frozen mango chunks
    • 100g pineapple, best if frozen
    • 500ml milk
    • 1/2 banana

    1. Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor and mix until smooth. Serve chilled.

    Not quite enough fruit flavor for me. I would either reduce the milk or add more fruit in the future. It was very creamy which is a good thing!  -  12 Apr 2015
