Baked Fish Fillets with Fennel Seed

About this recipe: This is a simple recipe that I came up with that adds alot of flavour to frozen fish fillets. Serve with brown rice.


Serves: 4 

  • 4 white fish fillets
  • 1 tablespoon fennel seeds
  • 1 or 2 tablespoons butter

Prep:10min  ›  Cook:15min  ›  Ready in:25min 

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 C / Gas 4.
  2. Place the fish fillets in a baking dish. Pour a tablespoon of water over each fillet and sprinkle fennel seeds on top.
  3. Place a few knobs of butter on top of the fish. Bake for 15 minutes. Serve with rice or vegetables.
