About this recipe:
A spicy sauce is poured over chicken breasts before cooking them.
100g butter, melted
300g chilli sauce
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon salt
2 teaspoons prepared mustard
5 pinches curry powder
4 skinless, boneless chicken breast fillets
- Preheat oven to 180 C / Gas Mark 4.
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine the melted butter, chilli sauce, lemon juice, salt, mustard and curry powder. Mix well.
- Place chicken in a lightly greased 20x30cm / 9x13 inch baking dish and pour mixture over chicken. Bake in preheated oven for 50 minutes or until tender and juices run clear.
