    About this recipe: A spicy sauce is poured over chicken breasts before cooking them.

    Serves: 4 

    • 100g butter, melted
    • 300g chilli sauce
    • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
    • 1 tablespoon salt
    • 2 teaspoons prepared mustard
    • 5 pinches curry powder
    • 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast fillets

    1. Preheat oven to 180 C / Gas Mark 4.
    2. In a medium mixing bowl, combine the melted butter, chilli sauce, lemon juice, salt, mustard and curry powder. Mix well.
    3. Place chicken in a lightly greased 20x30cm / 9x13 inch baking dish and pour mixture over chicken. Bake in preheated oven for 50 minutes or until tender and juices run clear.
