    About this recipe: This is the recipe I use for Easter. I use rosemary from my garden and adore the smell while it roasts.

    Serves: 8 

    • 3kg leg of lamb
    • 1 tablespoon olive oil
    • 6 branches of fresh rosemary

    Prep:5min  ›  Cook:1hr  ›  Ready in:1hr5min 

    1. Preheat the oven to 200 C / Gas 6. Brush the leg with oil and place the leg in a roasting tin.
    2. Take a small knife and insert narrow holes in the leg. Push the branches of rosemary deep iinto the leg of lamb.
    3. Bake in the oven for 1 hour, adjust the cooking time according to your taste.
