About this recipe: This kind of came together by experimenting around Christmas time with smoked salmon - it worked out so well, I serve it quite alot now on other special occasions.


Serves: 4 

  • 100ml single cream
  • 1 tablespoon horseradish sauce
  • 1/4 cucumber, sliced into sticks
  • 2 slices of Scottish smoked salmon, diced

Prep:15min  ›  Ready in:15min 

  1. Use a fork to whisk the cream until it's frothy. Mix with the horseradish.
  2. Layer the different components into a glass; layer of cucumber, then horseradish cream, topped with diced smoked salmon.
