i've made this soup many times now (it's also published on allrecipes.com), and although rubbing the spices into the pumpkin and potato is a messy and slightly time consuming job, it's well worth it. it's one of our most favourite soups ever. - 25 Apr 2009
I had to join this site just to review this soup recipe I made last night as it was soooo goood! I oven baked extra sweet potato to garnish, as well as made a fresh salsa verde to dolop on top with yoghurt and cherry tomatoes. I like that it gives it some more texture.
