About this recipe: A great and filling breakfast, with only 3 everyday ingredients - not including your seasoning of course! Once you get the hang of it, it's a quick meal for the family. You can use either oil or butter. The recipe makes 4 pieces.
You can have this instead of fatty fried bread in your fry up, but be careful as it is very filling!!
You can also add crispy bacon and maple syrup if you want to make it an American treat.
