Makes: 15 chocolate nests
- 325g milk or plain chocolate, chopped
- 1 tablespoon butter or margarine
- 150g rice krispie cereal
- 50g desiccated coconut
- mini chocolate eggs or jelly beans to decorate

- In a double boiler, melt the chocolate and butter; stir until smooth. Remove from the heat.
- Stir in the cereal and coconut until well coated. Divide into 15 mounds on a greaseproof paper-lined baking tray. Shape into nests; press an indentation in the centre of each.
- Place a few chocolate eggs or jelly beans in the centre of each nest. Allow to set at room temperature, then store in an airtight container.

Just made these with my 9 year old grandson. We added some tiny easter chenille chicks. Look very Easterish good fun and no cooking. - 05 Apr 2012
