The great thing about these chocolate Easter egg nests is that you can get your kids to help you. They're quick and easy to make, and guarantee loads of fun over the long Easter weekend.
In a double boiler, melt the chocolate and butter; stir until smooth. Remove from the heat.
Stir in the cereal and coconut until well coated. Divide into 15 mounds on a greaseproof paper-lined baking tray. Shape into nests; press an indentation in the centre of each.
Place a few chocolate eggs or jelly beans in the centre of each nest. Allow to set at room temperature, then store in an airtight container.
