About this recipe: If you like cookies that are soft, fluffy and a bit like little cakes then you will love this recipe. It is easy to make substitutions such as nuts instead of chocolate.
If you don't have brown sugar in the house, use 200g caster sugar and 170g maple syrup. If you don't have either of those 300g sugar will do.
