375g (13 oz) strawberries, quartered
350g (12 oz) blueberries
275g (10 oz) blackberries
300g (11 oz) raspberries
100g (4 oz) red currants
1 tablespoon caster sugar
3 tablespoons finely chopped fennel greens

1.
In a large bowl combine strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, raspberries and red currants. Sprinkle with sugar and gently stir in fennel greens. Refrigerate for about 20 minutes. Serve cold.
