Place the chocolate and 1 tablespoon water in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave for 30 seconds, stir, then microwave for another 10 or 20 seconds, until melted.
Stir in the dessicated coconut and add milk until the mixture is easy to work with.
Mould the mixture into small nests and place on a plate lined with greaseproof paper. Let harden in refrigerator for about 2 hours.
When they have hardened, place mini eggs in each nest.
