Thai Quorn with rice

    Nice for a quick homemade Saturday night meal. Curry paste makes this vegetarian supper come together in no time.

    Serves: 2 

    • 1 packet plain rice
    • 1/2 bag Quorn® pieces
    • 2 garlic cloves
    • 2 tablespoons red curry paste
    • 1 handful baby corn
    • 1 handful peanuts

    1. Boil rice. Fry Quorn in pan until slightly browned.
    2. Add garlic cloves in pan with quorn. Add curry paste and stir. Add baby corn.
    3. Cook until corn is soft, then pile onto rice in bowls. Sprinkle peanuts on top.
