Garlic mayo chicken wraps
About this recipe: I was trying to think of something I could do with garlic mayonnaise and I came up with these chicken wraps!
Ingredients
Serves: 2
- 2 skinless chicken breast fillets
- 4 tablespoons garlic mayonnaise
- 4 tortilla wraps
- 1 iceberg lettuce
- 1 red onion, chopped
- 2 tomatoes, chopped into small pieces

- Preheat the oven to 190 C / Gas 5. Cover each chicken breast in tin foil, and place in an ovenproof dish.
- Bake until the chicken is no longer pink at the centre, about 30 minutes.
- Slice the cooked chicken into thin slices, and place in a large bowl.
- Add the mayonnaise and mix in well.
- In each tortilla, place some lettuce, onion, tomatoes, and then top with the chicken. Roll up and serve.
