About this recipe: This is a twist on a traditional fool, which is spectacularly easy to make and looks pretty to boot. The bits of shop-bought sponge make it reminiscent of a trifle. Using tins of cherry fruit filling and a mix of cream cheese, whipped cream and vanilla, this fool is simple and gorgeously delicious.
You can make individual fools by dividing the mixture between individual serving glasses. Make sure you use clear glasses, as the layering makes for a lovely presentation!
