Middle Eastern spices make a lively couscous. Raisins and pine nuts add texture and flavour. This dish works warm as a side dish, or can be served cool as a salad.
Very nice, I used 4 teaspoons of dried parsley as I had no fresh and instead of using paprika I used Thai sweet chill sauce. Gave it a nice kick. Well easy to make. Lovely!
