Combine the milk, flour, egg, egg whites, honey, vegetable oil, and salt together in a blender until smooth.
Lightly butter or oil a non-stick 20cm skillet; heat over medium heat.
Spoon a few tablespoons of the batter into the skillet, quickly tilting and rotating it to cover evenly.
Cook until edges begin to brown; then turn crepe over and cook the other side.
Remove crepe and let cool.
Spread the yogurt of your choice into the crepe. Then pile the fruit slices into the crepe.
Fold in any way you want (taquito style, cone, or fold over). Put whipped cream on top of the crepe. Sprinkle cinnamon on top if you want.
Make it healthier
Replace milk in the crepe batter with nonfat or skim milk.
Replace flour in the crepe batter with wheat flour or any other.
Replace yoghurt with low fat or nonfat yoghurt.
Replace whipped cream with low fat whipped cream or more yoghurt.
