About this recipe: Chicken burgers made with Cheddar cheese and red pepper. Nice alternative to beef burgers and the cheese and pepper give them a lovely taste.
You can use egg yolks instead of the Greek yoghurt like I did, as you are more likely to have the ingredients already and 2 tablespoons of Greek yoghurt is a bit of a waste if that is all you are buying it for.
You could also BBQ these burgers or bake them in the oven. I have not baked them before but I would imagine 15 to 20 minutes on a baking tray at 180 C until browned should do.
