I'm using my mum's logon to submit this recipe. To be honest she should have the credit, as it's just a tweaked version of one of my favourite meals she cooked when I was home :). A quick and easy meal I now cook regularly.
The smaller you cut the chicken, the more coating they get and the tastier they are ;)
You can use fresh herbs and fine chop them. I prefer dried as it's easier to mix together.
I normally serve this with boiled new potatoes and a green salad with a balsamic dressing, depending what I have in.
