About this recipe: Garlic bread has never tasted better than this! Use fresh herbs or no herbs at all, if that's what you like.
Very easy to get together and so tasty! I used a large French loaf and used cheddar on one half as the recipe stated and used a mozzarella/provolone blend on the other half. We preferred the mozzarella to the cheddar because it seemed to work better with the garlic and oregano flavor profile. Thanks for the recipe! - 12 Feb 2015
